Upside Down Yogis Week

Elevate Your Practice at Upside Down Yogis Summer Camp Week!

 This week flips the script, literally and mentally.
Upside Down Yogi Week is where kids stop playing it safe and start experimenting with strength, creativity, curiosity, and perspective. We move the body in unconventional ways, stretch the mind beyond the obvious, and let curiosity drive the schedule.


No rigid lanes. No quiet corners.


Just smart movement, expressive outlets, and enough challenge to make confidence show up uninvited.

What We’ll Explore

  • Acro Yoga – trust, balance, teamwork, and laughing when gravity wins
     
  • Aerial Silks – climbing, wrapping, hanging, and discovering courage mid-air
     
  • Arm Balances & Inversions – strength, technique, and learning how to fall safely
     
  • Goat Yoga – yes, goats… and yes, it’s as unhinged and joyful as it sounds
     
  • Art + Meditation – creating while learning how to focus and reset
     
  • Stretching & Mobility – because strong bodies need range, not stiffness
     
  • 8 Limbs of Yoga – ethics, breath, movement, focus, and awareness (kid-translated)
     
  • Affirmations – language that builds self-trust instead of self-doubt
     
  • Journaling & Vlogging – thoughts out loud, ideas on paper, voice on camera
     
  • Barefoot Journey Podcast – kids practice mindful storytelling, interviewing, and expression
     
  • Mindfulness in Motion – gardening, tending, slowing down on purpose
     
  • Philanthropy Projects – park clean-ups, farm or animal shelter volunteering
     
  • Pin Pals – connection through old-school letters and intentional communication
     
  • The 3 Superpowers – resilience, awareness, and self-expression (earned, not given)

Upside Down Yogi Week isn’t about being the best.
It’s about trying the thing you didn’t think you could do and realizing your body and brain are way more capable than you assumed.
