On Day 1 (Monday), campers will gather at 8:00 AM in Roswell, GA for the departure to the cabin in North Georgia. By 1:00 PM, the group will arrive at the cabin, enjoy lunch, and settle in. In the afternoon, campers will dive into a Niyama lesson, focusing on cleanliness, contentment, and self-study, followed by a mindful Forest Bathing (Shinrin Yoku) walk, connecting with the natural surroundings. After setting intentions for the week through a group meditation, the group will have time to explore the area, followed by a delicious dinner prepared by Team One. The evening will end with a relaxing light yoga flow to unwind.
On Day 2 (Tuesday), the morning begins with Sunrise Yoga, grounding the group before breakfast. Afterward, campers can enjoy the optional SUP Yoga session. Next, an Asana lesson will deepen their practice. In the afternoon, campers will join a Cooking Workshop to create plant-based meals or fun campfire s'mores with a twist. They will then experience an Aromatherapy Workshop, where they’ll make personalized essential oils and bath salts. Team Two will prepare dinner, and the evening will include team-building arts and crafts, followed by a self-care session with DIY spa treatments. The day will conclude with reflection and journaling.
On Day 3 (Wednesday), Sunrise Yoga will again start the day, followed by a Yama lesson on integrity, non-violence, and truthfulness. After breakfast, campers will participate in Acro Yoga, working together as partners. Then they’ll enjoy a Yoga Flow on the Rocks, practicing outdoors in scenic locations. After a break for lunch, the group will enjoy Therapeutic Art & Yoga, blending creative expression with movement. In the evening, the group will gather for a Sunset Yoga session at a beautiful spot, followed by a Photo Shoot to capture memories from the day. A Special Dinner Gathering around the campfire will bring the group together to celebrate the experience.
On Day 4 (Thursday), the morning begins with Sunrise Yoga, followed by a hearty breakfast. The day will then offer the thrill of a Challenge Course or Ziplining adventure, allowing campers to push their physical limits in a fun and competitive way. Afterward, there will be a Wellness Talk or Guest Speaker to inspire campers with insights on mindfulness and personal growth. In the afternoon, they’ll dive into a DIY Vision Board Creation session, focusing on crafting their dreams and intentions. The evening will be filled with the magic of Stargazing & Astronomy Night, where campers can relax under the stars, possibly even exploring astrology readings.
On Day 5 (Friday), the day will start with Sunrise Yoga followed by Dhyana & Samadhi guided meditation, offering deep relaxation and reflection. Brunch Celebration will follow, where campers share gratitude and thoughts on their journey. After brunch, the group will have time to explore the local town, enjoying the sights or shopping for souvenirs. The afternoon will be free for campers to relax, journal, or prepare for their departure. The evening will include a Farewell Dinner, celebrating the week’s experiences, followed by a final group activity to reflect on the lessons learned.
Day 6 (Saturday) will be the final day of camp, starting with a final Yoga Flow session to set positive intentions before departure. After breakfast, campers will have time to pack and reflect on their experience. By noon, the group will head home, full of memories, new friendships, and a sense of empowerment.
