We have amazing yoga classes for the whole family. Mommy and Me (Typically are the 3 and younger crew), Family Yoga (4 and older yogis), Tiny Tots (2 to 4 years of age), Kids Yoga (5 to 8 years of age), Tween and Teen (9 and up yogis), and WHAT is most often overlooked is that we do offer adult classes! After all us adults need to stretch, dance, and paint too.

Our dance classes are for those spirits that do not fit at a dance company or traditional dance studio. Our dance classes are full of technique and skill building but with a lot more extra-ness, freedom to move, and create shapes with our bodies, and learn body awareness through creative movement.
