Every child through teenage years experience pressures to perform, pressure from peers, pressures from society. This camp offers several different types of yoga classes to help your "child" learn a balance between a time to play, and a time to rest--- a time to study and a time to relax, a time to have fun and be a "child" and time for accountability.
