Owner of The Little Yogis and The Fitness Remedy

I am DeAri Loggins, the creator of The Little Yogis Enrichment Program. Most people know me as Ari, the lady who loves yoga, hiking, adventures, smiles, and making life super magical for children. I created the Little Yogis Enrichment Program, shortly after my own little yogi was born in 2016. She is my number one reason in creating this program. I want to raise a child understanding life's biggest contradiction--- "there is so much freedom in boundaries, but we are limitless beings", in practicing yoga, this concept can be obtained.  I want children to have a safe place to be where they are and to be themselves! I am extremely passionate about showing children how to cope, how to be curious, how to be discipline, how to love, and how to be kind. I have combined my passion for education and my passion yoga, and developed the Little Yogis Enrichment Program to ultimately teach self-growth, being active, being social, being present, and enjoying the journey of life.

I have been in the wellness industry for over 10 years now. I have much experience on both sides of the industry, loving marketing and pr as well as being a (RYT) yoga instructor, certified mat pilates instructor, certified water aerobics instructor, and certified personal trainer. I love to learn and love to evoke that same wanting and willingness to learn into those around me. I never just want to be a teacher--- I want to inspire!

Peace--- you can not buy it, earn it, or sell it...

you can only create it, live it, and be it!

Any variation of Scorpion. This pose is fun, but takes a lot of concentration. I also love this pose because it helps with blood circulation and for us, anxious coffee drinkers, it helps with calming the nerves.

I am most like the Tiger. Tigers are very free-spirited, fiery, vivacious, and passionate. Tigers are known to be fearless and unpredictable. The Tigress is very nurturing and charismatic. Tigers also have a fondness for water.

Hello! My name is Rashawn Thomas and

I am the Executive Director of The Little Yogis.

I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, in a large, loving family.  My main duties include managing the day to day operations and promotions.  While I have only been practicing yoga for a year, I have a lifelong passion for teaching and inspiring children.  Due to this passion, I fell in love with the program as soon as I learned of it.

My name is Carleigh Hayes Gore. I grew up in Warner Robins, Georgia, and discovered yoga in my high school years.  At the time, I was working a lot on self care and self love, and developed a relationship with myself that has shown me all the positive within me that I can create. I have been working with children for 5 years, and have a college background in Early Childhood Education. I have always had a heart to nurture and show children how amazing they can be! I discovered Little Yogis after I moved to Covington, Georgia, and have been so excited to make my passion meet my career.

My favorite yoga style is Vinyasa, so I love flow. My favorite pose is dancer's pose (natarajasana) so I can combine focus and strength with breathwork.

My favorite affirmation word is abundant, because I want to be abundant in everything I work towards whether it be peace, self worth, love or positivity. I practice new affirmations often, so if you ask me, it may be subject to change!

My favorite mantra is "I honor the divinity within myself". I love reminding myself of the purpose within me, and the limits I was made to embrace, not carry.

My name is Allie Miller. I am a wife to my husband, Josh and a momma to my daughters Eden and Hosanna.  Originally from Ohio, I started teaching fitness classes at a local gym which eventually lead to teaching a yoga class. Through this class I learned a love and need for yoga. Yoga has helped me through all the transitions into motherhood and continuously keeps my body and life in align. I teach yoga so I can share the amazing benefits of yoga with those around me.

My favorite yoga pose is pigeon. This pose opens the hips and stretches the glutes all while calming the mind.

My favorite affirmation word is— Thankfulness. There is always something in every moment to be thankful for.

My name is Keteria Neal-Watts. Yet my students call me Ms. Teria. I am originally from Marietta,

Georgia. I just got married last year and had my first child(a boy) who recently turned the big one. I also

gained a beautiful 10 year old daughter who enjoys practicing yoga as well.

I’m so happy to be a part of the Little Yogis team. I personally enjoy the benefits of yoga. Yet sharing

yoga with the youth has been exceptionally rewarding.

Yoga is great form of exercise, mental

stimulation, and mindful meditation. My favorite yoga pose would be the dancer pose. It’s quite similar

to a stunt (the scorpion) I performed in my cheerleading days. I’m extremely ecstatic to share the joy of

yoga to all.

I am love. I am purpose. I was made with divine intention.

Hi! My name is Amy Ballar. I am from Alabama but have lived in Georgia longer so I consider myself a Georgian. I love spending time outdoors, travelling, cooking, playing with my dogs and relaxing with friends and family. I discovered yoga when I was pregnant with my first daughter and loved it! I have been practicing on and off since then and am now excited to share my love and appreciation of yoga's benefits with little ones.

Hello, my name is Tanya Brodie. I was born and raised in Queens, New York. I am a mother of eight that absolutely loves littles. I fell in love with yoga when I realized how much strength I gained mentally and physically. I started to look at life with bigger, brighter eyes. I decided that I wanted to teach in early 2019 and traveled to study in the “yoga of the world” Rishikesh, India. What an amazing experience.

I am most like the the elephant, they are strong, loving, and regal.

There are so many asanas that I love, but if I had to pick one I’d choose wild thing also known as camatkarasana. It kind of describes me. This pose opens up the heart, builds strength in the shoulders it also helps with fatigue and depression.

“I have the power to create change” is my mantra. Always remember that you are loved.

Hello, my name is Ms. Dara. I discovered yoga by accident when I tried a class at the gym to which I belonged. I was hooked after that first class. I love yoga for the balance it brings to a person's life -- the discipline and effort which builds strength and flexibility coupled with the discovery of ease through breath and acceptance. I love to share all that yoga has to offer with others so they can experience their own journey towards greater self-awareness.

Hello,  I’m Jennifer Vece.  As I transplant from Chicago, I’ve now lived in Kennesaw for a couple of decades.  I am Mom to three fabulous sons and a weird little dog named Peanut.  An artist by trade, I have enjoyed teaching young children in many capacities for over 25 years.  I love learning. The curiosity and enthusiasm kids bring to every experience,  makes my job a pleasure.  Life is pretty fast paced, telling us to push harder, do more.  Now more than ever,  we all need a moment to “pause.”  I look forward to spending time with your children doing yoga and embracing our creative spirits.

I am most like the snail.  I’m a bit of a homebody, but love to be outside exploring nature.  I can spend endless hours slowly meandering through a forest.  And snails are small.  I believe there is great beauty the little things.

I have two little yogis Richard and Estina who love practicing meditation, yoga and drinking herbal tea with their mom. I have practiced and taught yoga for many years and love its ability to show how perfectly imperfect we are at any facet of our lives, making it an ideal practice for all ages!

I am most like the kaola bear, symbolizes kindness, motherhood, calmness and family. Koala people have an easy-going attitude in life.

My favorite yoga pose is any variation of the back bend because that stretch the hip flexors and help open up the shoulders and chest, an area where lots of us hold tension. They build strength and power in the legs, arms and back muscles.

My favorite affirmation word is abundance because although it takes on a different meaning for people it still has the same result-happiness.
